1. Overview
Auth Plugin is a digital product, a Framer plugin that provides authentication and user management features. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we review legitimate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date if any of the following apply:
• The plugin is completely non-functional or has a critical defect that prevents its intended use.
• Our support team has not responded to your issue within 3 business days.
• The product description was fundamentally misleading about the plugin's capabilities.
• There is a documented technical incompatibility that prevents the plugin from working with your Framer site.
3. Refund Amounts
• Full refund: Issued when the plugin is completely non-functional or our support team fails to respond within the stated timeframe.
• Partial refund: May be offered for limited-scope issues or when significant usage of the plugin has already occurred.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Change of mind or no longer needing the plugin.
• Unmet subjective expectations about the plugin's design or behavior.
• User error, misconfiguration, or failure to follow setup documentation.
• Failure to provide requested troubleshooting information to our support team.
• License or plan upgrades.
• The plugin functions as described in the documentation and marketing materials.
• Refund request submitted after the 14-day window.
5. EU/UK Consumer Rights
While EU/EEA and UK consumers typically have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun. By purchasing and installing Auth Plugin, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the loss of your withdrawal rights at the point of purchase.
6. After a Refund is Approved
Once a refund is approved, your Auth Plugin license will be deactivated immediately. Continued use of the plugin after a refund has been issued is a violation of our Terms of Service. Refund processing takes up to 10 business days through our payment processor.
7. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, email us at team@authplugin.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include:
• Your order number or transaction ID.
• The email address used for purchase.
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, browser/system details).
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
